Overview
Der Zweckverband Regionalbad Bingen-Ingelheim plant für das in Gau-Algesheim gelegene Freizeit- und Familienbad "Rheinwelle" eine Erweiterung. Das aktuelle Badeangebot soll um ein Lehrschwimmbecken und ein 25-Meter-Schwimmerbecken erweitert werden. Die zukünftige Wärmeversorgung des Anbaus wird über die Anbindung an das bestehende Heizungsnetz der Rheinwelle sichergestellt. Hierzu werden vom bestehenden Heizungskeller ausgehend Nahwärmeleitungen bis zum Anbau geführt.
