Kreis Offenbach has awarded architectural services to Heitzenröderarchitekten GmbH for design planning (LPH 1-5 according to HOAI §§ 33 ff.) of the expansion and renovation of Weibelfeldschule in Dreieich, a major cooperative comprehensive school currently serving approximately 1,700 students. The scope covers planning for a new extension building, renovation of the existing 1970s-era school complex, sports facilities, and outdoor areas, with project costs estimated at approximately 30.3 million euros net for new construction and 3.2 million euros for existing building modifications, expected to run until late 2029.
