Generalsanierung Jugendbildungsstätte Waldmünchen - Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung, Lph. 1-6 gemäß §§ 49 ff. HOAI

The Zweckverband Jugendhaus Waldmünchen awarded structural engineering services to Büro Bergmann GmbH on 15 June 2026 for the comprehensive renovation of the Waldmünchen youth education facility. The scope covers design phases 1–6 under HOAI §§ 49 ff., with initial phases 1–2 commissioned for the overall project and phases 3–6 to be called off in phases aligned with multiple construction stages planned from 2028 onwards. The renovation, estimated at approximately 12 million euros and requiring funding, aims to upgrade accommodations (160+ beds across five building tracts) and enhance energy efficiency while respecting the facility's listed heritage status and operating continuity.
