Conform Programului anual de achizitii publice pentru anul 2023 precum si a referatului de necesitate intocmit de compartimentul de specialitate ( Farmacia Spitalului) si inreg. cu nr.16.569/28.09.2023 , Spitalul Clinic de Recuperare Cluj-Napoca urmeaza sa achizitioneze medicamente pentru asigurarea tratamentelor corespunzatoare fiecarui pacient in valoare totala estimata de 4.680.585,72 ron fara TVA , pentru o perioada de 24 luni. Avand in vedere prevederile art.68 lit.(a) din Lg 98/2016 precum si a prev.art.17 alin.2 din HG395/2016 , procedura de atribuire propusa pentru acesta achizitie este licitatie deschisa.
