Overview
De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten met één enkele leverancier voor een periode van vier jaar.
De bestaande vloot van de commerciële wagens van het Vlaams & Neutraal Ziekenfonds bestaat uit 10 bedrijfswagens (personenwagens). Deze opdracht voorziet in het vervangen van de wagens nadat ze in het vorige contract op vervaldag zijn gekomen.
De aanbestedende overheid blijft vrij om het aantal te bestellen wagens te bepalen, zonder dat de inschrijver hiervoor enige schadevergoeding kan eisen.
