FED/2020/039-191- Building Resilient & Sustainable Communities in Curaçao - Tender for the Supervision of works

The restricted international tender EC-INTPA/BGI/2024/EA-RP/0161 was unsuccessful because the related works tender was cancelled and the scope of interventions (Lots) will be reduced. As a result of the reduced number of Lots, the supervision fees had to be renegotiated. While the original terms remained substantially unchanged, a price adjustment was necessary to align with the revised scope of works. A negotiated procedure was therefore conducted with the eligible tenderers who had participated in the previous, now cancelled, procedure EC-INTPA/BGI/2024/EA-RP/0161.
