Kuopion kaupunki has awarded a procurement lifecycle management system to Cloudia Oy for 323,000 EUR on 26 June 2026. The system supports planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of procurements across their entire lifecycle, enabling centralized and transparent processes while supporting all procurement procedures under Finnish procurement law. The solution must integrate with existing systems including the city's case management system and the in-house company Sansia Oy's procurement system, and provide structured document templates, role-based access control, secure authentication, and audit trails to ensure compliance and unified procurement governance.
