Overview
Totalunternehmerleistung zur Erstellung eines 40m-Wohnhochhauses direkt am Bucheggplatz in der Stadt Zürich. Der Neubau erweitert die von Gigon/Guyer Architekten 2007 erbaute Siedlung mit 20 Familienwohnungen und Gewerbe inkl. notwendiger Anpassungen am Bestand. Die Projektierung der Erweiterung erfolgte bereits ebenfalls durch Gigon/Guyer Architekten und das Baubewilligungsverfahren läuft. Bauherrschaft ist die städtische Stiftung Familienwohnungen SFW (bisher Stiftung Wohnungen für kinderreiche Familien SWkF).
