Das Bauvorhaben ist ein Neubau i.S.v. Art. 2 Abs. 3 BayBO und besteht aus einem zweigeschossigen
Schulgebäude mit angeschlossener, eingeschossiger Pausenhalle, welche zwei bestehende Schultrakte verbindet.
Die Ausführung der Arbeiten finden in den Treppenhäusern, sowie an der Südfassade und auf dem auf dem Dach des Neubaus (Trakt 2) statt. Die Gebäudehöhe von Trakt 2 beträgt ca. 8,00 m und der Pausenhalle ca. 4,00 m über OK Gelände
