Rahmenvertrag zur Unterstützung des DAAD-Service-Desks

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) has awarded a framework contract to itec systems AG for supporting the DAAD Service Desk, the central IT helpdesk for technical issues and IT inquiries across DAAD locations in Bonn, Berlin, branch offices, information centers, and mobile workplaces. The contract, valued at 1,000,000 EUR and awarded on 20 April 2026, covers first-level support for approximately 1,400 DAAD staff and external users, including assistance with Office 365, MS Teams, Microsoft cloud services, and standard DAAD software, as well as systematic documentation of knowledge related to incidents and problem resolution.
