Overview
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Verfahrens ist die europaweite Vergabe von Objektplanungsleistungen im Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß HOAI 2021, Teil 3, Abschnitt 1, §§ 33 ff im Verhandlungsverfahren
mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb für die energetische Sanierung des Rathauses Bissingen. Die Leistungen werden wie folgt beauftragt: erst LPH 1 bis LPH 4 nach HOAI, danach LPH 5 bis LPH 8 nach HOAI nach erfolgtem Baubeschluss.
