Overview
Die das Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobilität GmbH errichtet auf dem Betriebsdienstgelände der Markomannenstraße einen Neubau, das sogenannte Zuberhaus, mit Umkleideräumen und Duschen in schwarz-weiß-Trennung, Pausenbereich und Besprechungs- und Schulungsräumen. Hierfür ist die Herstellung und Errichtung der Wärmeversorgungsanlage, inklusive Warmwasserbereitung, Kälteversorgungsanlage, Verteilernetze mit Förder- und Regelkomponenten, sowie aller Komponenten zur Nutzenübergabe erforderlich. Aufstellungsort sind die Technik-zentralen im 3.OG, 4.OG und dem Dach.
