Externe Unterstützung des IT-Supports der Landeshauptstadt Potsdam

The City of Potsdam has awarded external IT support services to ARKTIS IT solutions GmbH as of 29 June 2026. The scope includes operating two service desks for approximately 2,800 city administration employees and 51 public schools (around 2,100 teachers), covering first-level support, parts of second-level support, on-site system management, device management, and logistics services. The contractor will handle an estimated 4,250 support tickets annually for administration IT and around 1,215 tickets annually for school IT, with service hours Monday to Friday during business hours and defined service-level agreements.
