Partenord Habitat awarded a contract to CONTROLE G for €67,900 to provide technical control services for the design and construction phases of 530 collective housing units in the Vermand district of Saint-Quentin. The technical controller's missions, governed by standard NFP P 03.100, cover both design and construction phases including base and complementary missions, with an estimated construction period of 35 months and a provisional works budget of €46.2 million.
