Vor Beginn der Sanierungsarbeiten werden in beiden Gebäuden Schutzmaßnahmen mit Tetrapack und OSB-Platten umgesetzt. Diese Maßnahmen dienen dem Schutz der Bodenbeläge, Wandflächen, Treppen und Türrahmen vor Beschädigungen, Staub und Verschmutzungen während der Sanierungsphase.
