Executie lucrari aferente obiectivului „Creșterea eficienței energetice prin reabilitare, construcții și instalații la Spitalul Clinic de Urgență Sfântul Ioan București pentru corpurile de clădire C1 și C2 - Etapa II

The Spitalul Clinic de Urgență Sf. Ioan in Bucharest is executing the remaining construction and installation works required to complete the energy efficiency rehabilitation of buildings C1 and C2, with an estimated value of 49.26 million RON and a maximum execution period of 8 months. The contract was awarded on 21 May 2026 to the consortium ALA EXPERT CONSTRUCT, BAU STARK, and ROTARY CONSTRUCTII MENTENANTA for 46.35 million RON, with a 5-year warranty period. The project aims to achieve intelligent energy management and increased energy efficiency as part of the POR 2014-2020 programme.
