Overview
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind öffentliche Personenverkehrsdienste im fahrplanfreien Linienbedarfsverkehr (On-Demand-Verkehr) gemäß § 44 PBefG im Bedienungsgebiet im Landkreis Trier-Saarburg sowie im Großherzogtum Luxemburg. Der On-Demand-Verkehr ist Teil des ÖPNVs und soll entsprechend sozialen, ökologischen und ökonomischen Standards betrieben werden. Auftraggeber ist die Kreisverwaltung Trier-Saarburg. Die Durchführung des Vergabeverfahrens wird stellvertretend für den Zweckverband VRT von der TRAPICO GmbH durchgeführt.
