Die Planung befindet sich in der Lph 3. Die Vorzugsvariante aus der VP sieht vor die Brücke mittels eines Stahltrogs gelagert auf Stahlbetonwiderlager zu erneuern. Um die lichte Höhe unter dem Stahltrog zu gewährleisten müssen die unteren Gleise um ca. 50cm abgesenkt werden. In diesem Zuge muss in einem Bereich von ca. 120m die Oberleitung angepasst werden.
