Lillholmsskolan, Ombyggnad hus A

Lillholmsskolan underwent renovation, conversion and extension of Building A, including surface layer renovation, addition of a new ventilation room, new installations, and operational adaptation for primary school use. Site works encompassed new stormwater systems, new district heating pipes, and schoolyard improvements. The contract, valued at approximately 33.3 million SEK, was awarded to a joint venture of seven contractors: BYGG R1 AB, Fidior Bygg AB, Heving & Hägglund AB, JMW Bygg och Fastighets AB, Söderby Entreprenad AB, Tumba Byggtjänst AB, and Vaner AB.
