Overview
Riigihanke raames ostetakse nelja (4) aasta jooksul liigeseproteese ja luutsementi koos nende paigaldamiseks vajalike abiseadmetega vastavalt HD-s ja selle lisades toodud tingimustele.
Eeldatavad kogused ja eeldatav konsignatsioonilao minimaalne koosseis on esitatud HD lisas 1. Hankijal on õigus lepinguperioodil suurendada või vähendada ostetavate toodete koguseid vastavalt tegelikule vajadusele.
Iga osa (tootegrupi) kohta sõlmitakse raamleping ühe pakkujaga. Sõlmitava lepingu tingimused on esitatud raamlepingu projektis (lisa 2).
