The Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa (KOWR) awarded framework agreements for property valuation services covering residential and non-residential units within its housing portfolio in Wielkopolskie Voivodeship. The contract, valued at 5,703,347.50 PLN and awarded on 27 April 2026 to four providers (ALPHA PRODUCTIONS, Invest, Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe EPIR, and WA-PRI), covers approximately 1,000 valuation reports across three categories: residential units with ancillary spaces, auxiliary spaces and garages, and residential premises with shared property shares. Each valuation must provide detailed breakdowns of property components including buildings, ancillary facilities, and land shares.
