An dem Kehrgleis Berlin-Karlshorst zwischen den beiden Hauptgleisen der Strecke 6004 sind Ein- und Ausstiegspodeste vorzusehen. Aufgrund der aktuell gültigen Richtlinien sind die Gleisabstände zu gering, um ein Podest anzuordnen, so dass die Gleisanlagen in dem betreffenden Abschnitt der Strecke 6004 von ca. km 7,4 - 8,0 regelkonform zu planen sind.
