Overview
La presente contratación tiene por objeto fijar las bases técnico sanitarias para la realización del servicio de prevención y control de la legionelosis en las instalaciones y edificios dependientes del Ayuntamiento de Móstoles, en aplicación del Real Decreto 487/2022 de 21 de junio, por el que se establecen los requisitos sanitarios para la prevención y el control de la legionelosis (modificado por el RD 614/2024, de 2 de julio). El Ayuntamiento de Móstoles tiene la obligación de realizar la prevención y control de legionelosis en todas las instalaciones de titularidad municipal.
