Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI (Freianlagen)

Freiraumwerkstadt has been awarded a contract worth €108,436.39 for architectural services under HOAI Part 3 Section 2 for landscape planning at the University of Konstanz. The scope covers planning phases 2 and 3 for the redesign of approximately 6,500 m² of outdoor space across buildings CDE, including restoration of an integrated landscape artwork, creation of recreational areas, and bicycle parking facilities, with the work divided into up to three construction phases and potential future phases to be commissioned separately.
