The Basque Government's Culture and Linguistic Policy department has awarded a contract to design and conduct qualitative research and social listening to identify and understand the narrative, emotional, and relational patterns that shape Basque society's relationship with the Euskera language. The contract, valued at €185,750, was awarded on 30 June 2026 to a consortium comprising EMPATH DESIGN FACTORY, S.L., Fundación Agirre Lehendakaria Fundazioa, and UTE IKERTALDE-OSOIGO K-16.
