Overview

University College Cork requests the supply of a 2.2 Micron InGaAs Array Camera for Spectroscopy. The camera will be mounted on an existing spectrometer in the quantum optics laboratory, as part of a home-made spectroscopic set-up primarily used to measure nanostructure (e.g. semiconductor quantum wells and quantum dots) optical emission up to two microns. The general application being; inspecting optical properties to develop quantum technology devices (or classical devices as enablers for quantum technologies).
