Provision of An Independent Review of the Marine Institute’s Operational Environment and its Organisational Structure ITT24-029

The Marine Institute invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of consultation services to carry out an Independent Review of the its Operational Environment and its Organisational Structure. The successful tenderer will provide the following services: • Phase One: Conduct an environment scan involving an assessment of the Marine Institute, considering the organisation, its mandate under the Marine Institute Act (1991), the policy backdrop and environment in which it operates, and consider overlaps with other agencies and bodies in the Marine and Maritime sphere. Report to the Marine Institute on the results of phase one. • Phase Two: Informed by the outputs of Phase One, review the organisational structure considering its adequacy to deliver its mandate. Based on this, provide recommendations on potential alternative organisational structures to guide future workforce planning and management frameworks within the Marine institute.
