The provision of a Project Management Design Team for the detailed design and construction management for a new Community Facility at Skelly’s Lane Moneymore Drogheda, County Louth.

The requirement is to proceed to the appointment of an Architect led Project Management Design Team to prepare a detailed design to current standards and regulations including Civil, Structural, mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Conservation designs. The Design Team will also be expected to complete the tender process and contract procurement, supervise, and certify the construction and agree the final account and closeout.
