CPU7966 - Provision of Services for Severe Weather Emergency Protocol

Nottingham City Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement with one supplier to provide staff for severe weather emergency sheltering services, delivering visible personnel at multiple rough sleeper sites within 48 hours of notification during severe weather events. The successful supplier must provide uniformed staff to maintain a continuous static presence at designated sites, ensure service user safety and wellbeing, and demonstrate experience supporting homeless people and those with additional needs including substance misuse and mental health issues. The framework runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 with optional extensions, with call-off contracts awarded directly to the successful supplier on an order basis.
