The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency is procuring a consultancy service to deliver the following 4 workstreams for the Fees Review and Uplift project: 1. Benchmarking, value proposition and performance guarantees. 2. SME and voucher scheme design 3. External challenge and quality assurance of the MHRA internal model 4. Price elasticity and market response. The project is reviewing, re-valuing and uplifting MHRA fees to cover the costs of capacity strengthening to provide improved services to industry. The project feeds into the draft MHRA 2030 strategy.
