Lewisham Advice Services

London Borough of Lewisham is commissioning a single, integrated advice service to operate borough-wide, providing information, advice and guidance on welfare benefits, debt, housing, immigration and cost of living matters to support financial resilience and resident wellbeing. The service will deliver multi-channel access including telephone, digital, face-to-face and outreach provision, with targeted early intervention for vulnerable residents, and will act as a strategic lead coordinating partnership working with voluntary and community sector organisations. The estimated contract value is up to £950,000 per annum for an initial 2-year term from April 2027, with an option to extend up to 3 years subject to funding and performance.
