Overview
Follow-on phase to the approved Armada Way CCTV scheme and covers the coordination, procurement, installation, configuration and transition of additional infrastructure required to support the existing and future CCTV estate.
Design Review and Change Control:
- Review of existing CCTV design and network architecture
- Indentification and implementation of any required design changes
- Raise and manage change control documentation as required
- Update and maintain internal technical and operational documentation
Procurement of equipment:
Procurement of the hardware components
Infrastructure Configuration and Installation:
- Configuration of hardware equipment
- Integration with the existing CCTV network stack
- Configuration of monitoring, management and alerting features
- Physical installation of the network switch
- Handover of camera and mount equipment to customer for installation
- Integration of SFP modules at both switch and camera ends
- Stacking and power configuration of switches
- Testing
Documentation and Handover:
- Updating documentation and network diagrams where required
- Handover to BAU
