PROVISION OF RESEARCH CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR A COUNTYWIDE RESIDENTS' SURVEY

Oxfordshire County Council has a long history of carrying out residents' satisfaction surveys using a range of methodologies from face-to-face interview surveys, quarterly telephone surveys, annual postal surveys with an option to complete online, to blended methodologies. As ever, we are seeking recommendations on how to maximise participation in the survey to minimise the need for significant weighting, particularly from more traditionally underrepresented groups.
