Control of Iceberg Diseases in Sheep in Wales

Award of a contract for the assessment of the prevalence of three major chronic sheep diseases in Wales - collectively known as "Iceberg diseases". No competitive process was followed as the supplier in question uniquely holds sole access to suitable, geographically diverse samples, in-house Enerplex testing platform as well as the laboratory infrastructure, data handling systems and scientific expertise required to carry out the testing.
