BT1821 - Civil, Structural and Ground Investigation Consultant

We require a compliant consultant to advise on and carry out site field surveys, site visits, design services and co-ordinate the design process of the associated Ground Investigation, Civils, Highways and Drainage requirements for the proposed project, by fully considering the design and client requirements to allow the design team to progress the proposed scheme and co-ordination of the project with various consultants to achieve the required goals. The proposed project is Phase 1 of the overall Town Centre improvements to cover George Street, so that this external area can be replaced with a more suitable contemporary design and palette of materials, new street furniture and sustainable landscaping.
