Core Highways were recommended to undertake the traffic management required by Balfour Beatty, the principal contractor undertaking the works on Newport Bridge. This recommendation is based on Core Highways' extensive knowledge of the bridge and their proven experience in managing the complex traffic arrangements required for its closure.
