Overview

The programme focusses on high harm, high risk perpetrators aged over 16. Leaning towards majority high risk/high harm perpetrators to create the most impact on the displacement of costs for courts; police; social care; refuge provision; health etc. There are no barriers regarding gender, sexual orientation etc. In their experience, most common referral sources are custody, probation, police, Children's services and IOM. Its aims are to Reduce the harm cause to victims and children Reduce the number of serial perpetrators of domestic abuse Reduce the number of repeat and new victims Intervene earlier to safeguard families living with high risk, high harm domestic abuse.
