- Published 16 May 2025
Overview
In accordance with the Improvement Plan of the Council, there is a requirement that the Constitution needs to be rewritten. The Constitution has been updated as and when required; in any event has been reviewed and signed off by Full Council every year. However, the Constitution needs to be clear and transparent for all to use and understand. The Council is in the process of a review of its functions and a senior management review is taking place. Therefore, the Scheme of Delegations in the Constitution needs to reflect the work taking place.
