12-month extension of this contract as agreed with the supplier. The original contract details are below. Fife Council require a Lone and Remote Working Solution with Integrated Alarm Receiving Centre which will provide: - An intuitive and easy to use solution; - An accredited Alarm Receiving Centre; - An accredited and dedicated lone working device; - Management Reporting and Administrative Functionality; - Required device accreditations; - Self-Service Portal for all Users, their Supervisors and Managers; - An interface to other Corporate solutions where required; - Reassurance to all Lone and Remote Workers.
