Lift Modernisation Works - 2026 to 2036

Southern Housing seeks to procure 4 contractors to deliver lift modernisation works across 4 separate lots over an initial 5-year term with an optional 5-year extension, with an estimated total value of approximately £86 million. Bidders must demonstrate capability in resident liaison, principal designer and contractor roles under CDM and Building Safety Act requirements, and will be evaluated individually on a Most Advantageous Tender basis with only one lot per contractor.
