WYFRS would like to invite contractors to submit a tender for the refurbishment of Bradford Fire Station, which is located at 540 Leeds Road, Bradford BD3 9SB. The works comprise of the refurbishment of existing WC areas to provide new unisex shower room units, specifically on the GF for operational staff to use when returning from an incident, facilitated by the formation of a new structural opening between the appliance bay and new shower/WC facilities. Dormitory layouts will be altered via the removal and subsequent erection of internal partition walls to provide 12No. individual rest rooms. Shower and WC facilities will be refreshed and made unisex. Renewal of small power, data, lighting, ventilation, turnout provisions and heating.
