Overview

A national competitive process was undertaken, followed by an additional regional competitive process. Due to no suitable tenders in response to the procurement process undertaken there is an extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the regulations. This urgent award is required to continue to deliver patient services within these areas. The service will deliver Community COVID-19 vaccination services at additional fixed sites across the South West. This urgent award covers the postcode area TR21 within Isles of Scilly. The contract will be for a contract term of 12 months, services are planned to commence from 1st April 2025 until 31st March 2026. The number of vaccines to be delivered will be determined by patient choice where suppliers will be paid £7.54 per vaccine given
