Overview
Greater Manchester Combined Authority on behalf of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service is looking to procure an End Point Assessment Organisation for the delivery of Operational Firefighter End Point Assessment.
As an employer-provider, we deliver the L3 Operational Firefighter apprenticeship. Each Apprentice is required to take an end point assessment to complete their apprenticeship. Approximately 254 apprentices are expected to go to end point assessment during the life of the 3-year contract, with end point assessments due approximately every 4/5 months.
Numbers of apprentices may fluctuate due to recruitment requirements and apprentice retention. GMCA will liaise with the successful provider to coordinate planning for end point assessment dates.
