Tender for the Extension & Improvements for Special Educational Needs At Kington Primary School, Herefordshire

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a Principal Contractor to carry works to improve the Special Educational Needs provision at Kington Primary School, HR5 3AL.\r \r Improvement works include:\r ⬢ Construction of a Hygiene Room extension and a Physiotherapy room extension;\r ⬢ Remodelling of existing staff WC to provide an accessible toilet;\r ⬢ External works to provide level access including ramps, steps and landings.\r \r Some elements of disruptive works will need to be delivered outside of school hours/school holidays. The works to the construct the Hygiene Room extension and Physiotherapy Room extension and the localised internal remodelling can be carried out with some limitations during term time.
