For over 10 years, IAH has been operating as a live music venue in the heart of the borough bringing the community huge names including Skepta, Ed Sheeran, Laura Mvula, Ghetts and Jessie Ware to name a few. Whilst live music makes up 70% of the programming, the other 30% includes conferences, weddings, fairs and community events. With a capacity of 890 people the venue has an ongoing requirement for event security for door management and crowd control with a certain number of trained security staff present at events.
