T0660 Route Strategies WP 2 - Route Strategy Programme Oversight, Engagement and Comms

The following tasks need to be completed for the final publication of route strategies. These are follow on tasks to the original scope and are to be completed through this direct award to the consultant team. - Stakeholder management and liaising with key stakeholders on data sharing - working with us identify lessons learned from the last engagement exercise and develop the approach for the next round of Route Strategies including a better data sharing tool. - Programme office close-down and prep for RIS3 - existing Programme Office arrangements to close down and identify requirements for RIS3. - Assistance in designing the governance process for getting internal approvals for route strategies. - Supporting our review of how route strategies can be more helpful in spatial planning and promoting the use of route strategies within the business.
