Overview

A contract for a local VCS organisation to create more connections between cultural partners and Westminster's four primary care networks through delivery of four local projects, in partnership with the Westminster Culture Network and NHS social prescribers. The appointed service provider will have the appropriate social prescribing expertise to be able to work with local cultural organisations to help them deliver four cultural wellbeing projects that will address relevant health needs of vulnerable residents. Cultural organisations will adapt their offer to fit the needs of health providers and patients. This work will provide learning to inform ongoing regular meetings of arts and social prescribing partners run by Westminster Culture Network and WCC Libraries.
