Overview
NCHA is seeking a Contractor to deliver a two stage Decarbonisation Works project. Stage one requires the successful partner to provide PAS2035 Consultancy Services to undertake Assessments, Design and Coordination for up to 100 properties located primarily in the Nottingham area. Stage 2 of the project will be to install the measures approved by NCHA to the selected properties to enable lodgement and funding release from DESNZ for all appropriate works by the end of September 2025.
Prosper Procurement Ltd (PROSPER) is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
