Wellbeing and Engagement Services in Halton - VEAT Notice

This is a Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice (VEAT) to award a contract for an additional period of 3 years (no extensions), to the incumbent provider - Age UK Mid Mersey for the Provision of a Wellbeing and Engagement Service that supports older people (50+) across the borough, in an holistic way, to 'Live Well' across the thematic areas of: • Health and Wellbeing • Social Inclusion • Personal Independence • Staying Connected This extension aims to maintain continuity and stability of service provision. The annual contract value is £118,724.00 and the total contract value for the period of 3 years £356,172. This would be a direct award for the next three years with Age UK Mid Mersey. Contract covering the period 12th February 2025 to 11th February 2028.
