Overview
ITEP0855 - Fast Simulation Post Ops Intervention Cost Benefit Analysis
National Highways have successfully carried out a proof-of-concept implementation for a predictive simulation and modelling tool, which definitively proved the benefits of how National Highways can proactively manage network capacity against demand. One of the deliverables was to roadmap on how this capability might evolve and support the direction of the business.
The key aim of this proposal is to expand this scope to further understand the specifics for the scaling and implementation phases, as well as fully assess the costs and benefits of the solution in a financial model. This will include inputs for the strategic, financial, commercial, economic and management cases to develop a detailed business case.
